Over 50% of my clients have all been members at one time or another of some of the big gyms in and around Dublin City. So why do they hire a personal trainer?
The appeal of personal training is that it allows my clients to workout at a convenient time that suits their lifestyle and 50% of business is done from my client’s homes. Anyone who may be reading this will at one time or another tried one of the latest diet trends with varied success.We take all the guess work out of your eating plan.
Every 7 days each client is sent a diet by email which includes all the food they like to eat. It is our belief that diets don’t work - diets are just a quick fix. Who wants to be counting calories, carbs and fat? We work out your daily nutritional requirements for you. All we ask of you is dedication.

We also offer all of the classes below as one to one sessions or small groups -
One to One Personal Training Sessions.
All private sessions can be done at home, office or at our personal training studio in North County Dublin. Each programme prescribed is carefully designed and monitored based on each clients individual dietary habits, lifestyle and exercise preferences. All clients are given a full clinical assessment which includes a full postural analysis, cardiovascular fitness test (vo2 max) strength tests, flexibility test’s, body fat analysis, blood pressure and cholesterol check. All the guess work with diet is not a problem as we give each client a new diet every 7th day. All we ask of you is dedication.
Group Circuit Training.
The circuits can be done from one client up to 15. These classes test and improve all components of fitness, such as aerobic fitness, anaerobic, LME (local muscular endurance and flexibility. The class is great fun and appeals to everybody. Each exercise is performed for a set time decided by your instructors. An example could be 40 sec’s performing 1 exercise and a 10 second rest and so on. The exercise time and rest period varies for different circuits.
Toning classes
These classes are normally done by clients who already have a programme in place
and like to supplement there existing routine to target certain problem areas.
It is a full body workout but it mainly focus’s on the bums/tums and thigh area.
Cardio Kickboxing
This is a great work out that really gets the heart pumping and muscles toned. This class is constantly challenging your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. As with all the classes they are performed to music, but the main emphasis of this class is based on martial arts style punching and kicking.
